Our Faith Formation program serves students in the greater Converse County area.  Scheduled throughout the school year, with summers off, our staff of volunteers assist youth with learning the history and beauty of our Catholic traditions, the liturgy, and scripture as prescribed by the most Holy Church. Classes are 4:30 to 5:30 Wednesday afternoons for preschool-5th grade and 7:00-8:00 pm for middle and high school.

Our middle school and high school youth groups meet at 7 pm Wednesday evenings. The programs utilize media, readings, and group discussions to create and deepen relationships our youth have with Christ.

First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion preparation take place for students in 2nd grade. The sacraments are celebrated just after Easter.

Confirmation preparation begins in 7th grade. Confirmation is celebrated at St. James after Easter of even numbered years. Please contact the parish office for more information.
